Merry, Happy And Bright. Right?
I love that version of A Christmas Carol and I plan to watch it after work on Christmas Eve.
So good!
In the same spirit, the "December Song" can be found on the Last's "Painting Smiles On A Dead Man" album from 1983.
Perfect!
Great piece and one that hits home.
To me - the holidays have always been steeped in melancholy, mixed with some sort of guilt for feeling that way.
Especially- when I remind myself of how lucky I am for what I have and for the gift of introspection.
In the end - I don't think one can truly, completely out-run their childhood, I guess.
So I try to focus on the moment and the move forward...
Definitely relatable. “Focus on the moment and move forward…” seems like the right way. Be well.
