Never heard of these guys and love their sound (and the artwork). "Small" is such a compelling story and song. So great you're getting the word out on the new release. They seem like really nice guys too.
Thanks for checking it out. They were a big part of the LA Geek Rock (aka Weezer-/Rentals-affiliated) scene in Hollywood during the '90s. I'm thrilled my Generation Blue oral history book/comp played a small part in getting them reunited to FINALLY release this great album.
I've published a few books (with indie publishers and self-pub) and I've found social media—paid and organic—can be effective for getting the word out. The self-publishing piece is a big reason why I started this Substack, to connect all the dots with readers who like the same stuff I do. But I'm a very small fish in the vast publishing sea. I've also worked with publicists with varying degrees of success. Good luck!
Shufflepuck!!!
Indeed!

Congrats on that and the book. Do you mind my asking, since I'm working on a book, how have you marketed it? (Looking for tips!)
